Together with her husband, former professional soccer player Cristian Bottero, opened their first restaurant in the city of Ambato - Ecuador, with great success.

They opened a new store in Quito, the capital of Ecuador, with a large clientele, obtaining several awards from the agricultural office of the United States Embassy ​​thanks to their quality and service. Ten years later, they undertook a new challenge: to expand into a new market in the United States, by opening a catering company in Miami.

This new adventure began

Working with large enterprises and companies. With the arrival of the pandemic, a new opportunity opened up by being Miami-Dade County providers. Starting as an emergency team to deliver fresh food made and distributed daily to people in the community, hospitals, doctors, police, firefighters, reaching all corners of the county and our work team growing with it.
